RESIDENTIAL CARE

Empowering Children, Strengthening Families, Creating Lasting Change

Residential youth work focuses on supporting young people living in care environments, often due to trauma or complex circumstances. In this role, our team are responsible for providing day-to-day care and guidance, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.

At the heart of residential youth work is the goal of creating a supportive, structured environment where young people can heal, develop life skills, and gain the confidence to make informed decisions about their future.

TRANSITIONAL SUPPORT

Supporting Healing, Rebuilding Futures

We also recognize that some young people may need additional support without requiring full-time placement. For these individuals, we provide outreach services with regular check-ins, access to resources, and support plans tailored to their specific needs. When placement is required, we facilitate this through emergency accommodations or programs.

Our comprehensive services include:

Tailored interventions for trauma recovery
Family reunification support
Transitional support during changes in care settings
Holistic assessments and care planning
Ongoing outreach support for those in transient or self-placed situations
Support to sustain placements and prevent breakdowns
