Intensive Family Reunification.
A time-limited, evidence-informed program that supports the safe reunification of children with their family, where reunification is safe and possible. We work intensively alongside parents, kinship networks, Child Safety and community services to build the foundations for lasting change.
What we do
- Assessment of safety, risk and readiness for reunification
- In-home coaching in parenting, routines and safety planning
- Coordinated case work with Child Safety and support networks
- Cultural, kinship and community connection
- Post-reunification stabilisation and step-down support
