Praxis Solutions is committed to protecting the privacy of participants, families, carers, staff and stakeholders. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We collect information necessary to provide safe and appropriate care and supports. This may include contact details, health and disability information, NDIS plan details, referral information, and records of the supports we provide.
How we use information
We use personal information to deliver services, meet legal and funding obligations, coordinate care with authorised third parties, and improve the quality and safety of our supports.
Storage and security
Records are stored securely and access is limited to authorised personnel. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Complaints
